Anne-Grete Ellingsen (1953) – Vice Chairman Ellingsen holds an extensive experience from among others the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate, the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy and several leading positions in Elf Qquitaine AS, including 3 years as director in the North Sea. Ellingsen holds a degree from Bergen Ingeniørhøgskole and an MSc from the University of Rogaland. Ellingsen also holds more than 20 years of experience from administrative board work within several sectors such as finance, trade, IT, fish farming and the oil sector, both from listed and unlisted companies. Ellingsen is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.
Harald Ingebrikt Volden (1941) – Board member Volden is one of the pioneers within Norwegian salmon farming and established fish farming in Finnmark, close to the North Cape, as early as in 1978. This turned out to be the course of Volden Group AS, that in 2006 consisted of a vertical integrated fish farming company with its own smolt production, 24 growout licenses and its own harvesting plant. Volden served as the managing director up until 1999 and thereafter as chairman up until 2005. He has kept eminent roles in various formal agencies within the fish farming industry during the period from 1983 until 1997. The Volden Group was sold to Grieg Seafood in 2006, and as a consequence of this acquisition, Volden is currently holding 34% of Grieg Seafoods through his 64% owned company Halde Invest. Volden is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Alta, Norway.
